Certified Clay agency. Built to be handed over.
We build the tables, waterfalls, scoring and routing that turn Clay from an expensive spreadsheet into the engine behind your outbound — inside your own workspace, documented as we go, with your team trained to run it.
Send us your workspace and we'll tell you what we'd fix first.
What the certification actually means
Growth Rhino is a certified Clay agency. On its own that's a badge — what matters is what it implies: we've built enough production workspaces to know where they break. A source changes its response format. An enrichment returns empty and the sequence sends anyway. A table works beautifully at 200 rows and falls over at 20,000. Certification means we've met those failures already, on someone else's schedule.
The enrichment waterfall
The order matters more than the providers. Run the expensive source first and you'll burn your credit budget on records the cheap one would have found. Skip step 4's exclusion rule and you'll send "Hi {{first_name}}" to a few hundred people. Most workspaces we audit are paying two to three times what they need to — because the waterfall was built in the order the providers were signed up, not the order that makes sense.
Columns branch into enrichments; a scoring column reads from all of them; a routing column decides sequencer or exclusion.
Beyond find-people-and-send
Signal tables that watch for job changes, funding and hiring. Waterfall enrichment tuned for coverage against cost. ICP scoring that actually reflects who closes rather than who fits a firmographic filter. Routing into sequencers and CRM without a CSV in sight. Personalisation built from real research rather than a merge field wearing a costume.
Most workspaces waste credits quietly
Enriching records you'll never contact. Re-running enrichments that haven't changed. Premium sources called first out of habit. None of it shows up as an error — it shows up as a bill. We treat credit efficiency as part of the build, because a system that works but costs three times what it should is a system your finance team will eventually kill.

Four ways to work with us
Most engagements start with an audit — including ones that end with us telling you the build is fine and you don't need us.
- Your Clay workspace
- Every table and workflow
- Documentation
- A trained team
Built in your workspace under your own account from day one — never ours. Short milestone-based contracts, so the relationship continues because it's useful rather than because you're locked in.

Yes, and that's deliberate. The workspace is yours, on your plan, so nothing critical sits behind our account. We'll advise on the right tier for your volume.
Send us your workspace. We'll tell you what we'd fix first.
Book 30 minutes — we'll tell you what's broken, what's costing you credits, and what we'd build first. If it's already in good shape, we'll say so.
Most engagements combine two or three, run together.
