A new government program, and nobody to promote it

Balanse is a Toronto accounting practice that wanted a handful of good new clients — not a growth engine, a specific number of the right businesses.
We built the list from local health and wellness businesses, and timed the outreach to the season when their accounting problem is loudest.
Eric was looking to grow his accounting business by taking on a few additional clients. His goal was to set up an outreach system targeting local businesses in Toronto, particularly those in the health and wellness sector
We used Google Maps to identify and scrape health and wellness-focused businesses—primarily nutritionists and service-based providers. We then conducted targeted outreach, offering support with accounting needs and upcoming tax filings
Six months produced 29 interested replies and 15 booked meetings with local health and wellness businesses.
Timing carried it. Offering accounting help ahead of tax filing means writing to someone at the moment the problem is on their desk rather than at some point in their year.
Would a handful of the right clients change your year?
