Reputation Management

Localyser.

Localyser is a bootstrapped SaaS company helping multi-location restaurant groups manage reviews and reputation across every branch. There was nobody in-house to run outbound, and no clarity on whether it was viable at all.

We ran the whole process — list, tooling, campaigns, learnings — using Clay, Smartlead and HeyReach, and reported what the data said as it arrived.

Challenge

The challenge

Localyser is a bootstrapped SaaS company without a dedicated resource for outbound campaigns. They were looking for a trusted agency partner to manage the entire process—executing campaigns, learning from the data, iterating on strategy, and sharing insights along the way. They also wanted a team equipped with the latest tools like Clay, Smartlead, and HeyReach to run experiments and assess the viability of outbound as a growth channel.

Approach

Qualify by size, open with value.

    How we ran it

The strategy involved using Clay to scrape Google Maps and identify multi-location restaurants, while also qualifying them to ensure they weren't too large or too small—helping us refine our target list. We then used cold email and LinkedIn outreach to engage key decision-makers such as VPs of Franchising, Owners, or Marketing Leads. The messaging focused on how they were centralizing operations and offered a demo, a free reputation management audit, or additional collateral. These value-driven offers helped establish trust and open meaningful conversations.

Results

$200,000 sourced, and a channel proven.

Six months produced 39 interested replies, 18 booked meetings and $200,000 in sourced pipeline.

The offer was deliberately not a demo. A free reputation audit or a piece of collateral gives a franchising VP something to act on immediately, which is what opened conversations that a product pitch would have closed.
