Perfect Venue was looking for an agency to accelerate their outbound efforts and turn them into a consistent, conversion-ready funnel. They needed support generating leads, handing them off to their SDRs, and optimizing every part of the process—from refining messaging to cleaning prospect lists and running structured experiments.

    How we ran it

    We leveraged various data sources (eg. Ahrefs, Brizo,Clay) to identify restaurants using competitive solutions and targeted them with a stronger transition offer—including hands-on training and onboarding support. Our messaging focused heavily on pain points to capture attention and drive relevance. Instead of pushing for a call right away, we offered a one-pager as a low-friction CTA, which helped spark interest and was then passed to the SDR team for follow-up.
