Logistics Associations

RW Solutions.

RW Solutions had just acquired a freight-forwarding network and needed membership applications to follow. Outbound was the priority; the internal resources and expertise to run it were not there.

We built the list from the industry's own public directories and made the case for joining a trusted network — referrals, collaboration, and global partners — to the people who decide it.

Challenge

The challenge

RW Solutions had recently acquired a new freight forwarding network and aimed to drive fresh membership applications. While outbound was a priority, they lacked the internal resources and expertise to build a scalable outreach engine

Approach

The industry lists itself. Use it.

  1. 01

    How we ran it

Our approach involved scraping publicly available directories from freight forwarding associations such as FIATA and the Hong Kong Shipping Association. We then conducted targeted outreach to company leadership, introducing the value of joining a trusted network for business referrals, collaboration, and global partnership opportunities

Results

340 conversations with freight forwarders worldwide.

Nine months produced 340 interested replies from freight-forwarding companies around the world.

The directories did the targeting work — FIATA, the Hong Kong Shipping Association and their equivalents — which left the effort where it belonged: making the case for what membership is actually worth.
